I experienced a total lack of communication. The safety lever for the item I ordered was unacceptable and I didn't even unbox it. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller responded to my calls. Eventually, I received a refund, but it was the full amount minus about $6. They don't even deserve one star. I have nothing good to say about this experience. My message to them is simple: GOOD BYE FOREVER.
