There was no communication regarding my order. The safety lever for the product I received was unsatisfactory, and I didn't even remove it from the packaging. Neither the manufacturer nor the seller responded to my calls. I eventually received a refund, but it was the full amount minus about $6. I wouldn't even give them one star. My experience was extremely disappointing. I have just three words for them: GOOD BYE FOREVER.

I received a used and heavily blemished grip for an AR-10. The seller misrepresented the color, and upon arrival, it was clearly scuffed and the metal inside was gouged from previous installation. When I reached out, I was told to deal with the manufacturer regarding returns, just 15 minutes after I opened the package. My advice is to shop elsewhere.
I ordered an ambidextrous safety for an AR-type lower. Shipping was fairly quick, but the part did not fit properly. It was meant for a Ruger Precision Rifle that accepts AR parts. It fit on two of my ARs, but the shaft was too long and almost exceeded the stop. After contacting them with pictures and a detailed description, they claimed it was within tolerance and offered no return or exchange, instead asking if they could assist further! 😂 I won't be buying from them again.

It arrived on time, was well-packed, and I got a great deal. My one question to customer service was addressed within a couple of hours. It's tough to run a business in today's climate of constant online scrutiny, but my experience was positive enough that I’m happy to help improve their overall rating.
I bought two complete upper receivers as my Godfather and I plan to assemble two EPC 9s together during my visit to Florida next month, and the price was right. I struggled to find two in stock until I found the seller. I had never heard of them before, so I was skeptical, but now I have to give them high praise. Communication was prompt, shipping was speedy, and everything arrived without issues. The uppers were nicely packaged and looked great. I have no complaints!
They advertise products as in stock but send you a different item, expecting you to cover return shipping for a refund. They admitted that they didn't have the product I ordered after taking my payment and sending a substitute. This practice is known as 'bait and switch.' Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
As someone who builds my own rifles, I have a list of go-to companies for the best parts at the best prices. This seller is always on my list. I've ordered several times and have always been satisfied. If I recall correctly, every muzzle device I've used has come from them. Like most retailers, some prices are higher and others lower, but they remain competitive. They frequently have sales with unbeatable prices. Their inventory is extensive, and shipping is always affordable. Customer service is a perfect 10.
