Ensure you thoroughly review all the terms and conditions, especially the delivery and return policies, before placing an order. The delivery service was subpar. If you reside in an apartment, they only deliver to your intercom or main door, not directly to your unit. This is extremely inconvenient for those living alone. They promised delivery between 11 AM and 12 PM but showed up at 7 PM instead. The bed has scratches all over it, but since I didn’t report this within 48 hours, they refuse to address it. Overall, the bed is acceptable, but customer service is lacking.
