They provide misleading information and then refuse to process a refund, despite the poor quality of the beds and their significant difference from the advertised images, claiming they are ‘bespoke.’ We have been in a dispute for 8 weeks, during which they sent us the wrong parts twice, leaving us without a bed for our guests this Christmas. They delivered entirely incorrect beds and missing components. The craftsmanship is subpar, with musty odors and dirty, muddy packaging. After nearly 3 months, we still lack a bed. This service will take advantage of you! You can find similar products at half the price from reputable retailers who offer straightforward refund processes and parts availability. Dealing with this service has caused me an unbelievable amount of stress.

The hybrid memory foam spring mattress is of very low quality; it creaks, feels hard yet sinks on the sides. I cannot recommend it. I can’t return it since I can’t repackage it as it came vacuum-sealed, and I can't afford the return shipping. Avoid this product.

We ordered a specific model but received an entirely different one. Upon notifying the company, they suggested keeping the incorrect item with a partial refund, which we declined. After keeping the wrong frame aside, we were still without a proper bed. The second delivery arrived damaged, with a large hole and stains. We briefly considered keeping it to avoid delays, but its condition was unacceptable. Reaching out again for a resolution has been infuriating, as the representative has been unhelpful, asking for repeated information without offering solutions. I initially chose this service believing in their professionalism, but it's evident they do not prioritize their customers.

Since receiving my bed in July, there has been a constant knocking sound from the gas lift bracket that disrupts my sleep. After contacting them, they sent a replacement part, which also had the same issue. Although they acknowledged the fault, they are now asking for video evidence months later. I complied, hoping for resolution, but progress has been nonexistent. I just want a fully functional bed without faulty parts.

Ensure you thoroughly review all the terms and conditions, especially the delivery and return policies, before placing an order. The delivery service was subpar. If you reside in an apartment, they only deliver to your intercom or main door, not directly to your unit. This is extremely inconvenient for those living alone. They promised delivery between 11 AM and 12 PM but showed up at 7 PM instead. The bed has scratches all over it, but since I didn’t report this within 48 hours, they refuse to address it. Overall, the bed is acceptable, but customer service is lacking.
I would not recommend this company again. I ordered a bed that arrived larger than expected, with incorrect measurements confirmed by the company. It took nearly ten days to resolve the issue, and they offered an exchange for a cheaper bed without refunding the price difference despite it being their error. My experience has been a complete headache, and I'm still trying to resolve it. Take your money elsewhere!
