I ordered beds and on the delivery day, they sent the wrong one. When I contacted the company, their explanation was completely different from what actually happened. My exchanges with the support team have shown a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. I feel more enthusiasm from snails than from them. I am still awaiting my bed and the outcome of their investigation.
