I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience with the service. After moving into a new apartment, we scheduled our bed delivery for the next day. However, the wrong bed frame was delivered. We ordered a specific model but received an entirely different one. Upon notifying the company, they suggested keeping the incorrect item with a partial refund, which we declined. After keeping the wrong frame aside, we were still without a proper bed. The second delivery arrived damaged, with a large hole and stains. We briefly considered keeping it to avoid delays, but its condition was unacceptable. Reaching out again for a resolution has been infuriating, as the representative has been unhelpful, asking for repeated information without offering solutions. I initially chose this service believing in their professionalism, but it's evident they do not prioritize their customers.
