Avoid this company and save your money! I bought an ottoman bed from them along with two others from different companies that were half the price, and those worked perfectly. Since receiving my bed in July, there has been a constant knocking sound from the gas lift bracket that disrupts my sleep. After contacting them, they sent a replacement part, which also had the same issue. Although they acknowledged the fault, they are now asking for video evidence months later. I complied, hoping for resolution, but progress has been nonexistent. I just want a fully functional bed without faulty parts.
