I ordered beds, but on delivery day, I received the wrong one. After contacting the company, their explanation was completely different from what actually happened. My interactions with customer support have shown a lack of care for their customers. I've encountered more enthusiasm from snails. I'm still waiting for my bed and for the results of their investigation.
