They provide misleading information and then refuse to process a refund, despite the poor quality of the beds and their significant difference from the advertised images, claiming they are ‘bespoke.’ We have been in a dispute for 8 weeks, during which they sent us the wrong parts twice, leaving us without a bed for our guests this Christmas. They delivered entirely incorrect beds and missing components. The craftsmanship is subpar, with musty odors and dirty, muddy packaging. After nearly 3 months, we still lack a bed. This service will take advantage of you! You can find similar products at half the price from reputable retailers who offer straightforward refund processes and parts availability. Dealing with this service has caused me an unbelievable amount of stress.
