Extremely Disappointing Experience:I had ordered a cake from this website, but the product I received looked nothing like what was shown in the description or pictures — except for the color. I was extremely disappointed with both the presentation and the quality of the cake.Not only did it fail to resemble the advertised image, but the taste was also completely unacceptable. This experience fell far below the standard I expected from your service and was frankly insulting as a customer.I reached out requesting a refund since the cake was nowhere close to what was promised, but there was no proper resolution. The response — or lack of it — shows how poorly this website handles customer concerns. They don’t seem to care about quality or satisfaction.I don't see the option to attach pictures. I wish if I could share the pictures for reference.
