I placed three orders for the first time on Winni and it was the pathetic and worst experience. The item delivered and the item received was totally different.Order: 408194116143 The Rakhi's delivered were worst in quality and totally different than ordered.Order: 408194116414The Cake delivered in order was gone bad and tasted sour from inside. The Rakhi delivered was worst quality and totally different.Order: 408194111278The Rakhi delivered was poor quality and totally different than ordered. All the Rakhi's were worst for their prices charged. 300-400 Rs were charged for Rakhi and Winni delivered 10 Rs worth Rakhi's. It's like showcasing horse and delivering donkey. I felt ashamed of gifting the delivered items to my relatives.I contacted their customer care. I didn't get any resolution neither the contact details for higher authority. Service agent's explanation was, They have already mentioned on website that "The item may vary in colour, size, shape based on the local availability". It doesn't give Winni right to charge 300-400 Rs and send 10 Rs worth items. Slight change is always acceptable but it's like different between horse and donkey.
