Disgusting service, They literally stole money from meI booked a bouquet for delivery and person returned without even trying the home. Reason for return was - the person not answering the phone. I was asked Rs150 for resending it. I explained the person might be busy and n ot able to take the call.It is a disgusting service. Ruined a perfect surprise and happy occasion.
