After giving me false information at first about a 5-7 business day refund policy, I had to contact the support myself after 10 business days, after which they sugarcoated me for 3 more days saying i would get my money back asap and they would reach out to me. Couple of days later they still have not reached out and every time i have to send them a message. I have cancelled on 15/02, and on the current date of 05/03 i have still not received anything but false promises
It is best to stay away from them.The worst thing is that whenever there is a problem, they always put their own interests first. And do not care about what will hurt their customers and partners.Stay away so you do not get into trouble.
This company is a joke. They make it impossible to cancel your subscription, and after spamming them, they claimed they canceled my subscription. Luckily, I froze my card because a few days later, they tried to charge me TWICE!If you signed up, cancel your card ASAP. Stay far away from these scammers.

This recurring pattern indicates a systemic issue.To make matters worse, shortly after this incident, I noticed an unauthorized YouTube Premium transaction on my card. While I cannot confirm a direct link to this platform, the timing is suspicious and raises serious concerns about the security of my payment details.This platform has failed to provide a secure, reliable service and has displayed an unacceptable level of customer care. I strongly advise others to think twice before using their services.
