Had a delivery for electric cooktop , the courier took his time and also explained and also was kind enough to take our old appliance back (an oven) even though we ordered a new cooktop .
The worst delivery experience ever !!!! They are not cooperative at all. They wanted me to book a place on the public road just to deliver an oven though there was space in the parking area of the building. They did not even bother to ring the bell ! They only were calling asking if I have blocked part of the public road to deliver just an oven !!! Though the 1st time that they did not deliver the item I aksed them to come back after two days they just appeared the next day in a timeframe they have chosen !!! The only option that the company gave me was to make an official complaint by phone ! Terrible service !!!!
The customer service provided is absolutely disappointing. There is no option to call or chat (the page was a 404 error). The email replies are just generic apologies regarding the order. This has been the most frustrating courier service I've encountered. I would never recommend them to anyone! I even suggested driving to their warehouse to pick up my item, but that was also not permitted. What a dreadful experience.
Impressive delivery speed, comparable to or exceeding Amazon Prime. I greatly appreciated the regular updates regarding the delivery time window, which became increasingly precise. While it wasn't an issue, the communication language could be enhanced to match that of the order.
I scheduled a 24-hour service for my phone and they arrived on time to pick it up (Monday). The next morning, I received an email confirming that my phone was repaired and would be returned that evening (Tuesday). Everything seemed to be going well... But a few hours later, I got another email stating that my phone would now be delivered on Friday (???). Thursday was a holiday, but Wednesday was a regular workday. This situation left me quite dissatisfied. When Friday arrived, I tracked the delivery closely and stayed available all evening, hopeful to finally receive my phone. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. Around 10 PM on Friday, I received an email instructing me to make a new appointment. The earliest available date was Monday. This was extremely inconvenient and very frustrating.
I had a terrible delivery experience with the service. They failed to schedule the delivery as promised, forcing me to handle it myself twice, and I still didn't receive any confirmation via email or SMS the day prior to organize my schedule. The courier was rushed, simply dropped the mattress at the entrance, and refused to bring it up to my apartment despite the presence of an elevator. There was a lack of communication and the entire process was confusing. I cannot recommend this service—or the associated mattresses—due to this delivery partner.
Delivery was canceled for two consecutive days without any phone notification, just an email that went unnoticed since the delivery service isn't our seller. I waited an entire day at home from 8 AM to 10 PM for nothing. Even after rescheduling for today, history repeats itself with another email apologizing for an issue with the delivery preparation. Here we go again, with no new schedule. I think I will stop working with my supplier because of this.
I've been waiting for a freezer delivery, but they keep canceling on the scheduled day due to 'sorting errors.' Notifications come after they send an email stating that delivery is on the way with a time slot. If sorting is too challenging for them, logistics might not be the right field for them.
This service experience was very disappointing. It took three tries to collect the package. On the first two attempts, the driver failed to ring the bell and did not call to inform me of their arrival, leading to cancellations. During the third attempt, I waited outside in the cold to avoid a repeat of the situation. It's absurd.
