My account indicates "Pending" for the withdrawal on their website, and my advisor shown disdain when I enquired about the situation; he was amiable when encouraging investment. The notice states, "Do not inundate me with messages; your withdrawal is currently queued." What alternatives do I have? Either augment the transfer with more funds to expedite the process, or await its completion. They will present numerous justifications for the inability to retrieve your invested dollars, and the advisor has ceased communication. I attempted to contact their customer care via email but received no reply. I was required to relay their details and email accounts to the 𝖬𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐏𝐀𝐓𝖧's fraud investigation department, which informed me that this organization is fraudulent. They assisted me in recovering my entire funds; it was not a complicated process.
I am writing this message out of extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the persistent problems with the portal and reward withdrawals, which have remained unresolved for the past 15 days, despite my continuous follow-ups and those of my associates. Neither I nor my colleagues can withdraw or transfer rewards to any account. Every time we attempt a transfer, we encounter the same response: “Internal Server Error.” This issue has been reported multiple times through emails and live chat, yet no concrete solution has been offered. What is even more troubling is that all contact numbers for the staff are off, leaving live chat as the only means of communication. On live chat, we are given daily timelines such as morning, noon, evening, or 24–48–72 hours, but each day brings the same response without any progress. We are repeatedly asked to share our account details and contact information, which we have already provided numerous times. This situation has escalated to the point where we are wasting our entire day, from morning to night, just to explain the same issue repeatedly. We are compelled to neglect our personal and professional responsibilities to follow up, and still, there is no resolution, accountability, or clear communication. My associates and I are mentally drained and completely dissatisfied with how this situation is being managed. The word “soon” has become the only response we receive, which is unacceptable for a professional service. Due to this experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I will strongly advise others to choose more reliable and transparent options instead. I request immediate action and a written timeline for resolving this issue. If it is not addressed promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate it further to protect our interests. I expect a clear, final, and actionable response, not another generic reply.
