The service was barely acceptable and lacked helpfulness. I had previously ended my contract due to unexpected charges on my card that I wasn't informed about. The service claimed we could possibly recover my number, but ultimately, that was not the case. I would have preferred a clear ‘no’ before entering into another contract and spending more money.
