Efforts to reach customer support were unsuccessful, and when I filed a complaint, I was informed that the cancellation period had expired. I then ordered a connection for the correct address, but no technician showed up on the scheduled day, despite me being home. Customer service ignored my calls and complaints. To make matters worse, I received an email about terminating my phone connection, which I never requested. Due to ongoing service failures and poor communication, I decided to cancel all services. I urge others to be cautious and consider reporting this service.
