I strongly advise against this service. Their customer support is unprofessional and misleading. When I attempted to cancel my contract, I had to call multiple times. Representatives falsely claimed to have the 'best network' and failed to clearly disclose hidden charges. Even after stating I did not wish to continue the contract, I felt pressured to stay. They obscure the 14-day withdrawal period and threaten you with full payment for 24 months if you cancel. They also lure you in with 'attractive' plans that are unreliable, especially on public transport. Overall, dealing with this service was frustrating, dishonest, and stressful. Steer clear unless you want endless calls and poor coverage.
