-i opted for a 24 month contract. To cancel the contract I paid 104 euros (my mistake i agree). They verbally promised that would be the last amount i paid but instead delayed the processing and charged me two more months of fees.-non existent customer service: all my emails were unanswered. Their no-reply emails send me bills every month and threaten with lawyer fees in case of non payment. Therefore i eventually paid. All my concerns were ignored.-Accidentally turned on data in another country for a couple of seconds and boom 64 euros got deducted. Will never choose you again winSIM.
