Good luck if you dispute their additional fees. Winsim isn't set up to provide a good service but aims to charge you hidden fees given the chance (how should the customer know about these fees before they are charged?). You have to change the default options or pay a service fee not to receive additional charges, which doesn't make a lot of sense. Where else do you have to pay not to receive a "service" (For example, 50 euro for 48MB)?
