Very dishonest and unprofessional and bad client service. I called them only once to change my contract to a cheaper one because I am going to be out of Europe and won't use my sim card for 6 month. After keeping me exactly 40 minutes in the line, she told me and even insisted several times that it is not possible to change to a cheaper contract. Only to a more expensive one! After cancelling my contract and starting a new one with a new service, they called me and proposed the exact cheaper contract I wanted. Too late! I would never recommend Winsim
