Terrible company. For over a year I couldn't use any data abroad (despite EU law) and then recently I travelled to Portugal transiting in Switzerland for 2 hours. I used my data in Portugal then got a bill for 60 euros for a week's worth of data in Switzerland! They tried to tell me I was in Switzerland the whole time (you'd think I'd know that!), or that I was close to the border of Switzerland (Portgual really isn't very close) but above all else, their systems could not be wrong. Eventually, after many emails, they gave me a refund for half the charge as a sign of "good-will". I didn't stand for that and after a fair few more emails, some pretty rude emails from their "customer service" they have finally refunded me the charge. Remaining questions are how was their system so wrong (and how many other people are getting incorrect charges - my girlfriend has experienced this too) and why is it so hard to get an acceptable resolution. Terrible company, avoid at all costs
