Super bad customer service! First of all, they screwed me over by "gifting" me as an existing customer 10GB, which I had to confirm via phone, but leaving out the information that this "gift" is binded to a 24-month contract which I could not get out afterwards. Furtermore, then I lost my phone and had to stay with them due to this binding contract, yet stocked up to a tarif including a phone. Even though I explained the situation of me not having a phone they send me an SMS to confirm the new contract (which is quite hard without a phone). So the whole process of confirming this message was already an act. Then I paid extra for overnight-service, but my phone still has not arrived. When I tried to contact the customer service through the chat option (after I waited in the hotline for 2h and was at some point while waiting just kicked out twice lol), they did not really help me out and were super unfriendly.So overall, I am extremely unsatisfied and angry about this service.
