1. FRAUDULENT COMPANY2. Target on foreigners3. THREAT TO SUE ME BY 3RD PARTYI ordered WinSim in Aug. 2019, and never receive the sim card. I've been continually contacting the customer service through their website, telephone, e-mail, and Facebook messenger for a month. The customer service claimed that they've sent 4 sim cards already, and it's my postman's problem, not theirs, however, I had received several mails in hard copy from WinSim that ask me to pay the bill.I was charged the monthly fee twice without using any of their service, so I cancelled the contract on Sep. 18. They not only refuse to pay my money back, but say that I should pay for the fee until Oct. 31.I declined to pay for it. And yesterday, I recieved an email from the 3rd party that threat me to pay for a 109 euro bill, or else they'll sue me.Worst company ever, don't even worth a star.
