I am counting the days until I can cancel my subscription for free

I see that I am not the only one having problems with Winsim. It is horrible. If anyone is looking for a cheap service provider, don't choose Winsim. Not only they have horrible reception (when everybody else has 3G and 4G, my phone is on E - and no, it is not my phone, I switched SIM cards just to check), but they are also expensive. I (am supposed to) have EU 100 + Internet but they charge me for EU calls ... So instead of paying 9,99 (which I only paid once so far), I always pay more. The last invoice was for 24,49! I really hate it when this is the way a company wants to make money. I am counting the days until I can leave them for free.+ Dear customer service, when you are trying to call us and apparently we are not answering it is not because we don't want to, it's more because we can't. Many times I just receive voice messages that I was contacted but the call doesn't come through. It is a headache to deal with Winsim. I am counting the days until I can cancel my subscription for free.----------------------UPDATEI called the customer service back and they told me that I actually don't have any EU minutes to use from Germany BUT if I go abroad I can make calls - which is pretty useless. And yes, I have "great reception" at where I live, but when I am out in the city (where I would actually need my phone), I can't make calls and my internet is mostly in E ... My boyfriend also has the same subscription and it is always a hassle to call each other ... The call doesn't go through, or it rings on my side but not on his and then he just becomes a text that he missed a call ... All in all I hate the service. Now I am more then willing to pay more but at least get some nice service and less headaches. Bad reception, weak internet and in 2017 I would like to have an easy way to track my actual data and minute usage, as well as any additional costs (not only at the end of the month SURPRISE!) ... So, although they cleared why I am paying so much I am still counting the days until I can cancel my subscription for free. If you can, don't make the same mistake like we did and choose another provider. Paying a few euros more is definitely worth it.
