The most pathetic customer service team I have ever come across with. As I cannot speak German, I had my wife call twice to explain the problem and the customer support representative not only lacked technical knowledge as to how the technology works but also had the nerves to tell my wife that she has been holding the line and that other callers are in the queue. WIN SIM TEAM!! Get some training done for your team and train/teach them how to talk to customers if you want to stay in the competition.
