I'm trying to make a contract with WinSIM since last week. I was impressed at the beginning, because right after I completed the subscription online, they tried to contact Telekom for the portability of my number and etc. Nice, very quick!Problem is: I needed to give them some corrected information so Telekom would release their number, and I did, and I even contacted Telekom afterwards to make sure everything was fine, and they say it is, but WinSIM disappeared!They don't reply to my emails, they don't reply to contact form on their website.. I'd like them to at least give some sign that they are reading it! And try the portability request with telekom again, with the corrected information!Also, it's a mess because they have 3 different emails and you can't be sure which one to use. Bewertung? or kontakt? or maybe mnpreply? :(I'm almost giving up and making a contract with some other company.
