Don't know where to start. They literally try to get as much money from you as possible. They withdrawn 70 euros from my account because I made a phone call to a Dutch hospital. Furthermore, the customer service wanted to hung up when I explained the situation. I filled in a customer complaint and all I got was the same information in German, even if I asked to get it in English, since my German is still not on good communication level. They refused not only to help me, they didn't provide my of any kind of information which might be useful.If they think it's acceptable behaviour to charge 70 euros for a 13 minute phone call in the Netherlands with not any constructive support from their side. I think it's acceptable to warn people NOT to use this provider.
