It is the worst provider ever. I lost my sim card on 13 September and ask them for a replacement card on 15 September and still, I don't receive my sim card. when I try to call them they never answer customer hotline and when you try to call them through hotline they will say you should call customer hotline, crazy.But they easily charged me about 10 euro for this month even while I don't have any sim card yet. It seems to be criminal, they don't send my sim card and charge me for nothing!!!!I also wrote them more than 5 times and they just answer two times after a couple of days and just told me we have sent your sim card! but they never send it. I still don't have my sim card. I never recommend Winsim. their service is a disaster.P.S:Also, the staff couldn't speak English and if they couldn't answer in English they will reject you. They are so rude for example, two times one of their staff asks me where are you from, are you Arab? just because my name is like Arabian name and even I told No he tried to talk Arabi with me, and also with a strange way a little with flirt repeated my name: you are mahboubeh yes?!!! Ok, so??! such a rude guy.
