It's the worst provider ever, you think it's cheap but there are loads of hidden costs.they charged me 50 euro for 20 megabytes in Ukraine even though my roaming was off and I connected to wifi there and again another 45 euro for 4 megabytes which doesn't make sense. They charged several other times extra for the mistakes they made for changing account and also some stuff that I still don't know. I thought I am paying 13 euro per month for this but it is like 30 euro if I count overall in this 2 years. Please make awareness and prevent people from buying from this company.I recommended 6 other people before to use this and among those 2 of them already changed and I make the other 4 to change before something bad happens.P.S.: Response to WinsimFirst of all, still I believe it is a hidden cost when you set some price as default and charge it without customer awareness. Other operators set a fair rate if customer unwantedly used the internet or at least warn them about it by SMS. What is wrong with your service is I will never know for what should I pay extra next. 1st time was for call list which I accidentally request for it in portal, second time fine for the account change as you couldn't charge it, third time 50 and 45 euro roaming cost for 20 and 4-megabyte usage, while I have been on WIFI and roaming, was off. P.S.: I recommend others contractor with Winsim to write their problem in social media, they will respond way quicker than when you put a ticket on their help desk.
