Instead of sending me the other smartphone in black, now they Unblocked the option to buy again, however now the same smartphone is costing 128 euros more expensive than before when I first ordered. I did not ask to buy again, I asked to change the color. I did not cancel my contract, I still on the same contract so the price should not change. Its abusive from this company winsim!!!I already paid the first installment of a telephone that I do not have with me and I recently discovered that I must pay extra this month because I called the service to solve this problem.
