I had pediatric first aid with Carolyn today and i just have to say what a wonderful lady she is. She has a lot of knowledge and you can tell she is passionate about what she teaches.I only did the second day there as the first six hours i did online and i felt very welcomed into the course on the second day. I attended a mental health and wellbeing webinar last night that was really well presented and provided some sound advice for steps people can take if they are suffering from stress. Carolyn is a very clear and confident presenter and clearly very knowledgeable in her field.
Carolyn provided an excellent emergency first aid course using her recent experience supporting paramedics during the Covid pandemic as examples of the scenarios first aiders may be faced with. This helped place the theory in an appropriate setting and brought the subject to life.
