Informative, interesting and fun course; excellent value for money

The course was informative, interesting and also fun. It was excellent value for money. The trainer was very knowledgeable, but also very approachable, making me feel comfortable about asking any questions or saying I didn’t understand something. At the end, I felt confident that I would be able to administer emergency first aid if needed.The reason for only giving 4 instead of 5 stars is that, whilst I found the anecdotes and examples given by other delegates extremely helpful in most instances, there were lots and lots of them, resulting in the course overrunning by around 45 minutes. Perhaps the trainer could have stepped in occasionally to move us on a bit quicker. That said, it was a close run thing between 4 and 5 stars.

Mental Health in the Workplace

fantastic course 10/10

fantastic course full of lots of great information, and keeping it real so you can put in to contents should you ever have to do first aid. 10/10 Standard this is my second time doing a course with Winterbury training and I will definitely doing it again in three years time.

Excellent Paediatric First Aid Training

Carolyn came to deliver our paediatric first aid training course today and it was really effective. It was engaging, informative and enjoyable with plenty of discussion and chance to practice our skills. I left feeling much more confident about having to deal with a range of first aid situations.
