I originally booked the 7 day intensive course, to include my theory and my practical which I paid extra for.
My intensive course journey was planned to start on the 27th January for 5 days, they brought this forward to January 20th for 5 days instead. Bonus for me! Was happy about this. Theory test was booked and all okay.
Heard nothing about my practical, the intensive week went and was gone, with emails and phone calls of backwards and forwards with no booked date, days turned to weeks and months, I finally booked a test for myself March 24th after much failed contact with the company, and I informed them of this and requested a refund for my test as they couldn’t supply me with this.
I was told the remaining 2 days of my intensive course would be closer to my test date (which was booked in September). I emailed them about this in July as my test was coming up, tried to ring but couldn’t get through and had no reply. I emailed again on August 8th but no reply either. I finally managed to get in contact with them less than a week before my test date, at this point they told me I let them know too late and close to the test date so they won’t be able to give me these 2 lessons that were owed. I complained about this as I’d be trying for 2 months to put something into place, so I did request a refund which I did receive.
They’re fast taking your money, but when they have to give you the actual thing you paid for, it’s like trying to talk to a brick wall. I wouldn’t even bother, I didn’t feel anywhere near ready and I defiantly still had a lot to learn after this, after the course I went to seperate hourly lessons and learned so much more in such a less time. The first day of my intensive course I spent the whole 4 hours driving around a car park. What a waste of a day! I had cracked the starting stopping and slow speeds by an hour and a half for Christ sake!
The instructor was truly exceptional. Despite the company facing challenges with communication and a disorganized booking system, the instructor provided intensive lessons that were tailored to my son's needs. He connected well with my son, who passed his driving test on the first attempt with just one minor fault.
The instructor was absolutely fantastic. This was my third attempt at learning to drive, and from our very first session, I felt comfortable and capable behind the wheel. His friendly and supportive nature helped me believe in myself, and with his guidance, I passed on my first try after years of anxiety. I am incredibly grateful to have had him as my instructor and would highly recommend him. This review is specifically about the instructor and not a reflection of my experience with the company, as I encountered several issues with them during the process. The instructor truly stood out.
Avoid this service if you value professionalism and dependability. My experience was fraught with communication issues, and I faced significant delays in securing a driving test for my daughter despite paying for a comprehensive course. The lack of response and support from the team was frustrating, leading me to doubt the integrity of the service. After much effort, I finally received a partial refund, but the overall experience was disappointing and stressful.
After paying for lessons, I was ready for my test by mid-year, but the service failed to book it despite the long wait. Communication has been lacking, and I’ve received minimal updates. I feel compelled to write this review due to the inadequate service and lack of effort in fulfilling their commitments.
I strongly advise against using this service. After purchasing a crash course, I faced delays with securing a driving test for months. Despite numerous emails promising a refund, I never received my money back. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and feels like a scam. Please do not trust this service.
The customer service has been abysmal. After booking an intensive course, I was informed last minute that my instructor was unavailable. Although I was promised a refund, I have been chasing it for over two months with no resolution. The company fails to uphold basic standards of respect and honesty, and I recommend avoiding them altogether.
The service was amazing! After struggling to find a good instructor, I was connected with someone who genuinely helped me prepare for my test. Although I didn't pass on my first attempt, the instructor was incredibly supportive and flexible with my schedule. I will always be thankful for his help!
