I would give the actual app 10 / 10 as I love it.
However there are two major concerns:
1. Security. Someone was trying to deduct money from my account online, which the bank rejected. But the question is, how were they even able to get this far?
2. The customer service is REALLY BAD!! If you connect with them on WhatsApp, they don't respond until very late. When they do respond, it is after several minutes, leaving you hanging. If you want a quick response, you won't get it because each answer takes for ever and you will waste a lot of time chatting to them. If you have an hour to waste every time, go ahead.
Even when you call them, the service is below par. I dread speaking with WIO, because I have to dedicate so much time, even when I have a simple question.
