Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. After receiving the wrong wiper blades and dealing with poor quality, I had to jump through hoops to get the correct items or a credit. I notified them the day they arrived. They quoted 2 to 5 business days from Australia but it took 14 days from China. The items received were nothing like what was shown on their website. The wipers collided with each other in motion and were too long. They were attached with flimsy metal clips without proper backing. I have sent photos showing the originals, and after multiple requests for more evidence, they now demand a video of how they were fitted. With over 50 years in mechanics, being insulted about fitting a wiper blade is frustrating. I've sent numerous emails, and all I get is that it must be frustrating and their team is looking into it. Unless I provide a video of their incorrect product, they are doing nothing. They have taken my hard-earned money. It feels like a scam. Treat customers with respect. This is the third company this year that has failed in service. This is a legitimate complaint.
