With over 50 years in mechanics, being insulted about fitting a wiper blade is frustrating. I've sent numerous emails, and all I get is that it must be frustrating and their team is looking into it. Unless I provide a video of their incorrect product, they are doing nothing. They have taken my hard-earned money. It feels like a scam. Treat customers with respect. This is the third company this year that has failed in service. This is a legitimate complaint.
This is my second set of wipers from this seller. The rubber blades seem to hold up better than the originals. After a few years, I just bought a new set of two front and one rear for a great price. Highly recommend these wipers.
