Needed new wipers urgently. This company's website says order before midday and will be dispatched same day or delivered within 1-3 business days. Placed order very early in the morning of 28 January 2026. I expected them the next day, when I hadn't heard anything after 3 business days I went on their website and used the Help box. I received an apology and said they would leave the factory that day. Waited 3 more days. Again contacted the website. Again apologies, saying all the right things and they would chase order. I said they really needed to communicate with customers if there were delays instead of just leaving them hanging. After still not receiving the wipers I messaged the company via their Facebook page, Instagram and email. Finally getting a reply that the wipers I had ordered were out of stock and I would receive them as soon as they came in. Received wipers 9 February 2026, 12 days after placing order. This review is about their customer service. I understand delays in supply, just keep in touch with your customer or risk receiving a review like this.
