I bought an Apple Watch on November 20. My daughter opened it on Christmas morning only to find it scratched with a screen defect. I reached out via email and waited for a response from a representative, but received no help. Even the company attempted to get in touch with them. This has been a really disappointing experience for my daughter. I plan to give them a week to resolve this before taking further action. Thankfully, we have family lawyers who can assist if needed. I truly hope the service makes this right.
