Each interaction required detailed emails, only to receive automated replies saying they’d respond in 48 hours. When they finally did, they asked for information I had already provided. Even after confirming the phone had been reset, they continued delaying the process. I received a return label only after many follow-ups. The phone was returned promptly, with delivery confirmation, yet no refund has been issued. Now, the vendor has both the phone and my money. I had to reach out to the marketplace for help. Even after they contacted the vendor, the responses remained vague and unhelpful. As of December 29th, nearly a month later, I still have not received my refund. This reflects a serious lack of transparency and customer service. I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase from this seller.
