I ordered a restored phone from this vendor through an online marketplace and received it on December 1st. It was meant to be a Christmas gift, but I tested it early and discovered it was defective. The phone couldn’t receive calls properly, only producing static for both parties. After inspection, I was informed the speaker was defective and needed replacement. Since it was newly purchased, I was advised to return it for a refund. After that, dealing with the vendor became extremely frustrating. They have no contact number, never provide an agent's name, and responses take forever. Each inquiry requires a detailed email, followed by an automated response promising a reply within 48 hours. When they finally get back to me, they ask for information I've already provided, including my name and order number. Despite confirming the phone had been factory reset, they continued to delay. I only received a return label after multiple follow-ups. The phone was returned and confirmed delivered, yet no refund has been issued. I had to contact the marketplace directly for help, but even after they reached out, the vendor's responses have been vague and unhelpful. As of December 29th, nearly a month later, I still don’t have my refund. This lack of transparency and customer service is unacceptable, and I strongly warn others against purchasing from this seller.
