I bought a renewed phone and it was a huge disappointment! The quality was terrible! It wouldn’t ring when called, nor could it receive text messages. When I made calls, the audio was distorted, and the other person could barely hear me. The vendor wanted me to provide numerous pictures and complete other tasks just to be considered for a refund. This is not a reputable service.
