This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I received a phone with a faulty battery and returned it, but I’ve been waiting for a refund for three months. I keep getting emails stating they are escalating the issue, but then I hear nothing. I reached out to the marketplace for help, but they are also very slow to respond. I highly recommend avoiding this vendor.
