I’ve contacted Wire Salad multiple times regarding unauthorised charges totalling £214.30 for wall pilates and have received no response to my last two messages.
I requested basic information, including evidence of consent, terms and conditions, and a breakdown of charges, but nothing has been provided. I did not knowingly agree to these charges or use the service.
Very disappointing lack of transparency and customer support. Customers need to be aware of their shady practices.
