I canceled my subscription over 1-1/2 years ago, got email confirmation that I would not get anymore charges to my account. Then Jan this year, out of no where they charge me for a new trial subscription. Tried to get a refund buy Wire Salad waved me on. Tried a dispute with PayPal and they closed the case.
Close your PayPal account or credit card, only way to get away from these fraudsters.
Stay away from this company. I'd give ZERO stars if I could.
I purchased a 120-day trial in 2024 and cancelled it shortly afterwards. I did not request a refund, as I had agreed to the trial terms. However, I explicitly asked for written confirmation that I would not be charged again in the future.
The company confirmed this by email, stating: “We have already processed the cancellation of your subscription to Wall Pilates. With that, you will only be able to access your account for the period already paid for. Rest assured that no further charges will be made to your account.”
Despite this clear confirmation, in January 2026 they automatically withdrew €19.99 from my PayPal account.
This has happened to many other customers as well. After numerous emails, the company still insists they had the right to charge me.
This business practice is misleading and unacceptable.

Wall Pilates asked me via Trustpilot to contact them directly, which I did. While they appear concerned and responsive publicly on Trustpilot, the tone and approach changed completely once I contacted them privately.
Despite clearly explaining that the subscription was a trial cancelled in 2023, they refused to address the core issue of taking money more than 24 months later. Instead, I received a scripted response relying on generic references to terms and conditions to justify the charge after the fact.
The contrast between the public display of concern and the private response was striking. Combined with the number of similar reports from other customers describing delayed and unexpected charges, this experience does not feel like an isolated incident.
The issue remains unresolved, and I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and closely monitor their payment accounts.

I've reached out multiple times via email and contacted the payment service, but received no satisfactory response. I've attempted to get in touch again regarding the money taken. My next course of action will be to pursue legal measures. This is an unacceptable way to conduct business, if it can even be considered a legitimate operation.
