I initially paid for a 7-day plan in 2024, but then was charged for a 2-month subscription. The service misrepresented their offerings and switched to a full monthly subscription without my agreement. Now, in January 2026, I have been charged again for another subscription without my consent, despite having written proof of cancellation from 2024.
