The company has unlawfully retained my funds since January 2025. Despite assurances from customer support to be patient, there has been no resolution. I am now escalating this matter to international legal courts. They seem to be using their jurisdiction to evade accountability. I urge everyone to report this service on relevant platforms to protect potential new users. An investigation is currently underway with a fraud recovery service.
