They keep repeating that my funds are “safe” and that everything is underway, but out of the 31,400 EUR that were on my account, only 7,900 EUR has actually been returned. There has been no clear explanation for what happened to the remaining balance, and no one is willing to provide a written breakdown or a timeline.

Customer support is completely unhelpful. Every reply feels scripted, full of apologies but with zero accountability. I keep being told there is no ETA, and my ticket is treated like it is normal for customers to wait indefinitely.
