Staggeringly horrendous customer service!There is nothing good I can say about this company. It is just bad on every level. If you want to use it for crypto purposes, forget it. They don't support any of the newer chains, so you are stuck with Etherium. They don't even support BSC. Support in general is non-existent actually. As for the actual product and its interface, good luck. Steve Jobs would be laughing his ass off!
