A 1 Star rating is too high! I wish I could rate them lower. Everything was working fine for weeks, then it stopped. When I contacted support that's when I found out just how bad Wirex is!The level of customer support is the worst I have ever experienced! I provided all the information in my ticket/email and I received a copy and paste reply that clearly shows my email was not read. It's been over a week and I am still trying to sort out my issue. The support staff simply don't read your emails, they copy and paste the most useless information that is irrelevant to my issue.
